Minneapolis Greek Fest: The Minneapolis Taste of Greece Festival is a three-day event featuring authentic Greek food, live music, and cultural events, hosted by St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church in South Minneapolis. View the full food menu here and the full event schedule here. Admission is free.

Field Fest @ The Arboretum 🍅

I had the chance to visit the University of Minnesota Arboretum for the first time this past week and was so blown away with how beautiful it is. While I was there, I learned about their annual Field Fest taking place this weekend — an incredibly family friendly event that is free for kids 15 and under. This is not a sponsored post, I just loved my visit so much that I had to plug this.

Field Fest at the Arb — What To Expect

- Harvest activities: Hands-on harvesting of sugar beets, corn, and potatoes

- Beer garden and food trucks 

- Live entertainment and activities for all ages

- Take home your harvest and learn more about Minnesota agriculture

When: September 7 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Where: Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, 3675 Arboretum Dr, Chaska, MN 55318

Admission: Free for members and children 15 and younger. $20 for non-members and attendees 16 and older (in advance)

Free Art @ The Walker: Keith Haring Exhibit

Celebrate the final weekend of the Keith Haring exhibition at the Walker Art Center. The evening includes extended gallery hours, free admission, and fun activities for all.

What to Expect

- Free admission to the exhibition from 5–9 PM

- Skyline Mini Golf during sunset

- Late-night shopping at the Walker Shop

- Artmaking activities 

- Cash bar available

About the Exhibition: This exhibition showcases over 100 works by Keith Haring, known for his dynamic line work and iconic characters, with a focus on making art accessible to everyone.
