Here is what’s happening in the Twin Cities this weekend.

Free Water Ski Show 🎡

The Twin Cities River Rats are taking to the Mississippi River for the last time this summer as they put on another wildly entertaining ski show.

Their show is this summer, “Ratagascar,” is filled with adventure, including high-flying jumps, tall pyramids, powerful balancing acts, and barefoot tricks.

Location: 1758 West River Road N, Minneapolis, MN 55411
right on the banks of the Mississippi River between the Broadway and Plymouth Ave Bridges.

Time: Pre-Show begins at 6:30pm, Main Show starts at 6:45pm.

Parking: Street parking only along West River Road (arrive early for easier parking).

What to bring: Bring a blanket or a lawn chair for seating. Concessions are available

Outdoor Movie Night Downtown 🎬

Bring a lawn chair or blanket, find a spot on the green grass outside the Twins’ ballpark and enjoy an evening watching a movie under the stars and the downtown skyline.

What: Barbie movie

Where: Target Field Station, 335 5th Street North

When: Thursday, 7-9pm
