Today is May 9th.

Here is what’s going on in the Twin Cities this weekend.

Wolves Watch Parties 🐺

The current “get-in” price for the Timberwolves Game 3 against the Nuggets start at $300……oof 😅. I love my Wolves, but I’m not looking to shell out that much money for one game. So, if you’re like me but still watnt to enjoy the game with other Wolves fans, you’re in luck.

The Timberwolves have partnered with a number of local bars to put on official watch parties. The locations of the official watch parties include:

• Kieran’s Irish Pub at 85 N 6th St.

• Tom’s Watch Bar at 609 Hennepin Ave.

• Lyon’s Pub at 16 South 6th St.

• The Loop at 606 N Washington Ave. #100

• 8th Street Grill at 800 S Marquette Ave. Unit 107

• The Local at 931 Nicollet Mall

• Sneaky Pete’s at 14 N 5th St.

• The Loon Cafe at 500 N 1st Ave.

• Gluek’s Restaurant & Bar at 16 N 6th St.

• The Corner Bar at 1501 Washington Ave. S

Plenty of other bars and breweries will be hosting parties even if they aren’t officially affiliated with the Wolves.

Inbound Brewery will be having drink specials during the game

Falling Knife has an awesome outdoor set-up. Bring a lawn chair.

Heavy Rotation Brewery in Brooklyn Park will have free brats during the game.

Mother’s Day 🌷
