Before we get started, Minnesota’s PWHL team won the innaugural Walter Cup last night! The State of Hockey reigns!
Here is what’s going on in the Twin Cities this weekend.
Edina Art Fair 🎨
You know its summer when the Edina Art Fair kicks off. Featuring 200+ local and national artists, head down to the 50th and France district starting Friday to take it all in. Plus, its FREE to attend.

Schedule: Friday, May 31 | 12pm-7pm, Saturday, June 1 | 10am-7pm, Sunday, June 2 | 10am-5pm
Food: There are plenty of food and drink options with three separate food areas along with many different street vendors. Check out the list of vendors here.
Live Music: There is a jam packed line-up of live music during all three days. View all the artists here.
Weekly Featured Farmers Market: Linden Hills 🥕🌷
Everyone knows the Minneapolis and St. Paul Farmer’s Markets but there are so many more in the Twin Cities metro that have great food and goods and have a neighborhood intimacy that is really special. Throughout the summer we’ll be featuring a different farmer’s market from across the Twin Cities metro area.

Food 🍔
🍔 Minnesota’s Monthly GrillFest is taking over CHS Field this weekend. A ticket costing $65 will taste food from many local restaurants, participate in the Margarita Mania Battle, try bloody mary samples in the Bloody Mary Battle, and finish it off with a hot dog from Ambassador. Learn more here.
🍕 Pizza Farms are becoming incredibly popular recently with many of them featuring fresh ingredients from the farms themselves. There are a number of pizza farms within driving distance of the Twin Cities — check out this list of pizza farms from the Star Tribune.
☕ Minnesota’s first Yemeni Coffee Cafe has opened in Little Canada. Qamaria features rich coffee with cardamom, pistachio cake, and teas featuring a number of different flavors. Learn more here.

Sports 🏀
Timberwolves vs Mavericks Game 5 🏀
So you’re saying there’s a chance? The Wolves are back in Minneapolis for game 5 against the Mavericks in the Western Conference Finals. They trail 3-1 in the series but their game 4 win has sparked some hope.
Tickets are sold out but can be purchased on the secondary market like Seat Geek — current get-in price is around $140.
If you’re not looking to get into Target Center for the game, you can watch the game with thousands of other Wolves fans outside the arena at the Wolves Back Block Party.
❯ Addmission: FREE but you have to get a ticket ahead of time
❯ Where: Corner of 1st Ave and 6th St, across from Target Center
❯ When: 4pm to end of the game
❯ What to Expect: Live game stream, food and drink, pregame entertainment with DJ Kasper, and more.
Other Sports
🏀 The Lynx take on the Phoenix Mercury on Friday and the Dallas Wings on Sunday, both at the Target Center. Tickets start at $21 and can be purhcased here.
The Loons, Twins, and Saints are all on the raod this weekend.
