Sauna and Sips 🔥

Join the Sauna Festival at Forgotten Star Brewing Co. for a unique blend of relaxation and adventure, featuring wood-fired sauna sessions, cool-down challenges, craft beverages, and a lively atmosphere of yoga, food, and local vendors.

Event Details: The Sauna Festival will take place on Saturday, March 1 and Sunday, March 2, from 11am to 8pm at Forgotten Star Brewing Co. in Fridley, MN.

Pricing: $39 per session, including a drink token.

Activities:

• Sauna Sessions: Enjoy 75-minute wood-fired sauna sessions with access to 6+ saunas.

• Cool-Down Options: Cycle between sauna heat and cool-downs like winter air, snow angels, or ice-cold water.

• Additional Activities: Beer poking, vendor shopping market, yoga (Saturday at 10am), and food from the Hodgepodge food truck.

What’s Included:

• One drink token for beer, NA beer, hop water, kombucha, CBD seltzer, or electrolyte drinks.

• Unlimited tea and water.

• Access to all activities.
