New long-form improv classes are coming to the Twin Cities with Very Good Improv! Start your journey to create joy, build confidence, and be part of an amazing community. Classes currently located at the Phoenix Theater in Uptown. Registration is open for classes starting March 1st. Downtown Chill: Winter Fun in The Commons

Event Overview: Join the excitement of Downtown Chill, a winter celebration that transforms The Commons into a frosty playground. This event invites everyone to embrace the winter season with a variety of fun activities.

Activities

• Fire Pits and S’mores: Gather around roaring fire pits to toast gooey s’mores.

• Live Music: Enjoy the chill vibes from Low & High, featuring artists like Buttäh, Silent Thunder, Pathfynder, and Wissota.

• Frisbee Golf: Challenge friends to a round of five-hole frisbee golf.

• On-Site Saunas: Escape the cold by stepping into the warm embrace of on-site saunas.

• Food Trucks: delicious bites from a selection of local food trucks.

Grand Opening: Momo Cafe ☕

Momo Café is set to open on Friday, February 21st, in Northeast Minneapolis. Located at 3035 Central Avenue NE, the café will operate from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on opening day. Early reviews praise its ambiance and homemade dumplings.

Momo Café is owned by Chef Sonam Nyorie, a Tibetan immigrant who came to the U.S. in 2010. He also owns Momo Sushi, located at 1839 Central Ave NE in Minneapolis.

Winter Beer Dabbler 🍻

The Winter Beer Dabbler is Minnesota's largest winter beer festival, taking place on this Saturday at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. This event is jam packed with craft beverages, live music, and food trucks.

• Date: February 22

• Time: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Early Access at 2:00 PM)

• Venue: Minnesota State Fairgrounds

• Address: 1265 Snelling Ave N, Saint Paul, MN 55108

Admission Prices: Buy Tickets

• General Admission: $60 (day of event)

• Early Access: $80 (includes one hour early entry)

• Designated Driver: $25 (includes non-alcoholic refreshments)
